Failed experience. 2 weeks of great breathing after surgery then right back to how it was. Then left with thousands of dollars in bills for nothing.
I switched to Dr Debnath by the recommendation of another ENT because and I quote “he knows his stuff”. I had two sinus surgeries with a previous ENT that went well overall but their office was very inconsistent as far as responsiveness goes and they had very little sense of urgency during urgent situations (for example, infection after surgery). Dr. Debnath listens and takes his time. Would definitely recommend him.
Five for the doctor ONE for the staff. AVOID, and here is why: My son saw Dr. Debnath on July 18th. He said he was going to order a CT scan of his sinuses and also allergy tests but to wait to schedule the allergy tests until after the CT results. We have been waiting for someone to call to schedule the CT and have not been contacted. I have contacted the office FIVE times for assistance and have still not been helped with this.
