Dr. Chen and his team are truly wonderful. I wish everyone had access to this level of care. He and the team have been treating my husband who has stage 4 colon cancer (diagnosed in 2019) since 2021. Without a doubt Dr Chen made a miracle! Dr. Chen doesn’t care about you. Dr. Chen has too many patients and too little bedside manner to remember specific details about his patients, even in their scheduled visits with him. Patients and their family have to remind him of important information about their case and come to him with ideas, not the other way around. He has to be prompted and he barely talks to you in your visits. Dr. Chen also doesn’t call or express his condolences when his patient dies. I would never recommend him. Dr. Chen is simply the best oncologist anywhere! I have seen him for twenty years, with full satisfaction. He integrates natural and traditional medicine. I would not want any other oncologist. Highly recommended!
