I’ve been going to Dr. Cole for about 15 years and she is so kind and compassionate. She explains diagnoses thoroughly. I love that she has worship music playing in each exam room, which is very comforting. I’ve also seen Dr. Cole’s NP, Elizabeth, and she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.
This review has been in my drafts for years but I’m compelled to post it to spare other plus size women. I sought out Dr. Cole thinking she would be a good choice for my gyno needs. What I will say is, if you are an overweight patient with issues, she is definitely one of those docs that think everything and I mean everything is related to your weight. I have been a patient of Dr. Cole for over 5 years and am still at a loss of words for how I have been treated during my pregnancy. She and her office have turned an already stressful pregnancy to a complete nightmare. I was told in the worst way possible that something might be wrong with my baby. My husband and I called with questions that still nobody has fully answered. I’m sure Dr. Cole is an awesome Doctor however , I was never seen for my initial new patient appointment. I checked in at 1:30pm only to leave still unseen at 3:53pm. I took a half day at work and wasted money for ride share getting here. What a waste , I’m never coming back!
