Dr Wilkes was very informative and great with follow up after a small procedure It’s just a shame that his receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional making derogatory comments about me to the receptionist at my local GPs surgery when they called up about results for my ongoing treatment. This was after I had tried to do the same prior to my GP appointment .. she actually hung up on me in the end !!!
Most unprofessional, rude receptionist I’ve ever spoken to.
I have been seeing Dr Wilkes for a number of years and have found him very caring and very thorough and professional and his staff are very obliging and helpful
