I would not use this Dr . Due to the fact is they never keep their appointments or get a pre-authorisation from insurance stating what you would owe. Then, several months from the procedure, you get this bill stating your behind and you was never notified from day one that you was going to owe them anything .. look else where!!! Concerned JSS
