Definitely go some place else!!! Office manager is rude and very difficult to deal with. Rescheduling fee is $85-$110 even if you were just going in for a cleaning. The office manager seemed to find pleasure in telling me no matter what excuse the doctor would charge the fee. Seems way desperate to make a buck. I understand it's lost business but how about some appropriate level of fee. Disgusted by this.

For starters I am a very easy going person and it is rare that I have negative experiences like this one but this place has definitely left a very bad taste in my mouth. (Ironically.) I am a young, newly married, working professional and upon moving to a new state knew that I had to schedule my husband and I simple cleanings. No problem there. Go somewhere else!!!!!! I am new to the area, and needed my bridge replaced. I found Dr. Sowles on the web, and his office was close and covienient. I made an appointment for a consultation, that went fine, he scheduled me to come back to start the work on replacing my bridge. I gave all of my insurance info to the secretary. When I came in for my scheduled visit, I was first told by his assistant that she had made a mistake on the confirmation call, and that my appointment was not for another hour.
