Wonderful eye specialist. Have been coming here for many years. Have had successful cataract surgery. Skilled surgeon who explains the whole procedure in detail so you understand. Have complete confidence In him. So knowledgeable and such a great doctor and person. Recently poked my eye on a spike plant (of course the one I had surgery on) Called his office and he took me in immediately. My mom almost went blind as a result of Dr Leone. He kept postponing her cataract surgery and having her buy stronger and stronger lenses until her cataract got so big she had a glaucoma attack and required emergency surgery. His office never answered their phone during office hours so I took her to Fraser eye center where they saved her vision.
DANGER, BEWARE. My good friend had a cataract surgery with Nicholas Leone, and left him blind in that eye immediately. Now his quality of life is way down. Functionally and also emotionally. The eye looks like a gray fog now like from a movie.
Just received a card that I am overdue for an eye exam.. a few years ago his office staff was extremely rude when I owed $1.56! I changed doctors to one who cares about his patients and does not allow his staff to treat patients so rudely.
