She quickly identified the problem with my kidney, confirmed with least invasive methods, and fixed me with her awesome robot for a quick recovery.
The cystoscopy was done by Dr Kennedy. Probably she did under a minute. It was a bit painful. Maybe, taking a bit more time would have been less painful. She didn't explain after the procedure that I will have urgent, almost uncontrolled, need to urinate for a few days. Two weeks passed, I still have no report to review. I tried to call the office, but it takes forever and no answer.
I tried to make an appointment with the Lansdowne office and the office staff put me in as a totally different first name than my actual legal name not to mention that I am trans and my chosen name is none of the above names that were listed and this is a breach of HIPPA. They attributed it to an office error but that I should now trust my cancer care of my urology with a staff that had made a clerical error and were now astonished that I wanted to cancel my appointment. they are worse costumer ever. don’t ever go back there
The Urology group does not accept madecaid. And of course they do not tell you until you have an appoint. I am sure I will receive a bill for the inconvenience..? I would not recommend the urology group to anyone and will inform the doctor that recommended them to to stop recommending them. INOVA just sucks..
