never going back there again. made it seem like my entire existence was an inconvenience and definitely were trying to rush me through my appointment as quickly as possible because I was just there for my annual check up and not to get botox. A concern I had they tried to dismiss just to get me out the door. It seems this place is far more concerned with weight loss and botox injections than OB/GYN health. Maybe this place should just turn into a plastic surgery office at this rate. Do not recommend.
They collect any/ all balances before appointments, even before they bill you or you get the insurance remit. You may not even have your insurance explanation of benefit or notification yet and have no awareness the balance exists! Just be sure to have a credit card or cash at every appointment. If you ask to wait for the EOB or their statement, they tell you that you cannot be seen and need to reschedule. DENYING vital care to pregnant women. Not a community oriented office at all. I've never felt more disrespected by a medical facility. As I was walking out, I had spoken to Rochelle in her office and apparently because she didn't write it in her notes what we talked about supposedly never happened she was supposed to send something over the pharmacy and I waited for a whole week when I called in today they told me that because it was not in her notes that it never happened.
