Will not go back. Did not even see the dentist. Their office had to reschedule us due to not having personal information on the insurance at that time yet had both insurance cards and was working on getting the info they requested. They did not apologize for not informing us they needed it when I called to schedule or about the time we took from school etc to be there. Not only was there no apology the secretary sat behind the glass and bad mouthed us as we sat in the waiting room.
Dr Nick has horrible bedside manner! He was rude, arrogant and lacked compassion! The office staff and hygentist were very pleasent. However, I will never go back to this clinic after the experience I had with Dr Nick. I left in tears and with even more anxiety.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
