Dr. Iagtlli's receptionist were horrible, knew nothing about greeting patients, & well un-informed about our insuranc-UHC. NO ONE smiled or greeted us, even when we were shown to the exam room. Saw Dr. Iagulli, he attended to my shoulder & my right wrist...and that was IT. He NEVER came back and informed me that he had ordered me medication. The ONLY reason I knew that Dr. Iagtlli had ordered that was my UHC Pharmacy informed ME (via email) that they were working on my medication order...what order? I found out...then did re... read more
Edited: They filled the prescription after 30 hours. I changed the review to a 3 star since we did finally get the prescription filled. Posting on behalf of my 86 year old mother, Mary Benson. She was very pleased with the doctor and assistants. However, the doctor prescribed her a prescription for a gel to use on her knees after the steroid injections. As we were paying the copay and leaving before noon the office clerk said that it would be very late in the afternoon before they would get the prescription to the pharmacy a... read more

Doctor Iagulli is a wonderful surgeon. He is extremely thorough. His therapy department is amazing!! His office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
