Posting on behalf of my 86 year old mother, Mary Benson. She was very pleased with the doctor and assistants. However, the doctor prescribed her a prescription for a gel to use on her knees after the steroid injections. As we were paying the copay and leaving before noon the office clerk said that it would be very late in the afternoon before they would get the prescription to the pharmacy as they are doing a sysytem change over or something. Doctor Iagulli is a wonderful surgeon. He is extremely thorough. His therapy department is amazing!! His office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Terrible experience three times in a row now. Would never recommend. Between being told to come in FOUR hours before the actual surgery, to having to ask if husband ok due to surgery running almost double expected time with no update. Infection from first surgery, coming in two different times to having to have a second surgery and send home wearing a wound vac. You can do better....Went to them for my shoulder. Dr. said surgery could resolve the problems I was having and someone would call me to make arrangements. Two weeks later I called and left a message for the surgery scheduler. Her voice mail greeting warns that leaving more than one message will delay a response. I waited a week and call the front desk who said "she must have the wrong number for you, give her a day or two for a call back".
