I had an appointment with Dr. Cohen today based on the recommendation from the TFHD ER Dr. that I meet with a primary doctor for a referral and Dr. Cohen refused to give me a referral and said that he didn’t agree with the emergency medicine room doctor’s opinion. As a patient, I am utterly confused and have since rescheduled my urgent follow up referral appointment with a different Dr in the same office.
