Dr. Patellis is a great doctor but his front desk staff do not do a great job in representing that. Anytime I speak to someone on the phone at Dr. Patellis’s office they are so very passive aggressive and rude. They seem like they don’t want to work there and they take that out on the people who come in, in a very impolite manner. Personally, I don’t think I would want to first be met with people who seem annoyed at the first interaction with me when I am trying to get help.
Love Dr Patellis, NP Ivey, Nurse Jacqueline and even the people that I didn’t get their name. Great staff and they actually cares about you as a person which is rare to find in a physician.
