I recently visited Dr Patellis as my primary Dr, I didn’t like my previous primary Dr. So I gave Dr.Patellis a try and am really happy . The staff are friendly and so nice and will help you any way that they can. Dr Patellis is really thorough, so thorough I am tired from the necessary appointments I had to go to🤣 They do in Office blood work so you do not have to go somewhere else to get it taken care of , very convenient. I have found my forever primary! Very grateful and thankful for everything they do 🙌🏽

I went in today to schedule a physical and was told Patellis dropped me from the rolls. No notice, no nothing. And now they're saying that they aren't taking new patients. I spent the last year in Dallas, helping take care of my father who had cancer. He died and now I am back in HSV and need to concentrate on my health. Dr. Patellis is a great doctor but his front desk staff do not do a great job in representing that. Anytime I speak to someone on the phone at Dr. Patellis’s office they are so very passive aggressive and rude. They seem like they don’t want to work there and they take that out on the people who come in, in a very impolite manner. Personally, I don’t think I would want to first be met with people who seem annoyed at the first interaction with me when I am trying to get help.
