Called to make an appointment as a new patient. Staff member told me that they would call me back. Several days later I called them again to try to make an appointment because no one called me as they stated. I was informed that they had called but my caller ID must be wrong if it didn't show up. Gave them my insurance information only to be placed on hold then told that they really weren't accepting new patients. Try again in a couple months. Called to make an appointment based on the reviews. Was told someone would call me back to schedule a new patient appointment. Never received a return call so I phoned back, only to be told that I was called back and my caller ID was wrong. Upon giving my insurance information to them I was placed on hold then informed they really weren't accepting new patients. Try again in a couple months. Obviously they are only compassionate if you have the right insurance.
My first visit wait time was only 15-minutes. What a pleasant experience great friendly staff and both Dr.s were great. 10/08/14
I was referred to Dr. Chris. I found him to be a very caring Dr. He actually listened to me & my health concerns. I also wanted him to try & refer me to a pain mgmt Dr that he felt was going to treat me right. He did. Apparently that other Dr & I could not connect w/eachother to make an appt. I recvd a letter from Dr. Chris's office yesterday stating that I was being dripped as a patient for not complying with the medication requirements. Dr. Nick & Dr. Chris are the most caring and thorough Physicians that I know of around South Florida. I just cannot say enough to tell just how fortunate we are to have found such wonderful and caring Physicians. God Bless them both. Sherry Reid and Carl Wager, Arlene Borrero and sitting in the waiting room hearing patients talk about how much they are admired. The whole Staff especially Fran she is a nurse there, we love them all. Thank You Compassionate Medical Staff.
