I made an appointment for my mom, who has dementia. When making the appointment, I detailed what it was for and that I needed a letter to activate medical POA and guardianship for my mom with dementia. Earliest available was 2 months. 🅾️ Stars is more like it. My dad came here for help and all they have done is drag this out for another year with no answers. 8 months to get a follow up visit after expensive testing is crazy. An now we can not get his Parkinson's medicine refilled. Pharmacy has requested it more than once. Sent many my chart messages. Left Message. Not call back no medicine. If you care about your Loved once health RUN to another DR and don't waste your time and money with someone who does not care.
I would give her a 0 in all honesty if I could. I have been an epileptic since i was 16 years old and had my fair share of doctors. I had seen her a few times and she switched up my meds.
