Giving two stars for the facility being nice and clean. Actually disappointed in my visit I was by passed a lot of thing’s did not show compassion like my current Doctor’s I will be seeking another neurologist with Methodist
At Houston Methodist the receptionist and the medical staff are always helpful and caring. Im always very much satisfied with all my appointments.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The doctor treated me dismissively and didn't feel my neurological concerns warranted her attention. She even rolled her eyes during our initial visit and said she was the doctor and knew best. She was also angry that the eye specialist sent me to her and didn't start treatment. I was sent for more testing and given medication with no counselling on how it worked or the side effects. No follow-up appointment was ever scheduled.
