"Extremely disappointed with the doctor's lack of ethics and competence here.My official QML pathology result clearly printed Cholesterol at 6.3 mmol/L, which is well within the lab's safe reference range of (3.6 - 7.5). Has been my Dr for many years. He listens and does the correct referrals and medicines I require. What most people don't understand is that although his wife is the receptionist it is a family practice and yes they are Vietnamese. I have been to Vietnam many times and know their culture. They are direct and straight forward so if you cant handle someone being straight up with you or being up front and direct, then you might want to find a different practice. I wish I could give this place a zero star rating if that was possible. Had a general checkup on my tonsils and when I went in i was met by the rude receptionist which was the doctors wife. During the appointment he asked me what he can do in a very rude way and practically led me into diagnosing my own illness. He actually checked my tonsils with one of the wooden paddle sticks and proceeded to put it back onto the table without even throwing in the bin which was next to the desk???!!!
