Hi, I'm looking now for a new P. C. Doctor, as mine is now 1 1/2 hours away. I have not seen this doctor yet( that's why the 1 star, I have a question for the DR. I am a Northside hospital patient and #1, do you have privileges @ this hospital? And #2, I'm on there financial hardship program there, as I go for infusions every Thursday and Friday at the cancer center. I really like Dr. Phan! I am so glad I found her. The office staff is kind and welcoming.
I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. It felt as though the focus was more on generating additional appointments and fees than on addressing the patient’s actual needs. What concerned me most was that a follow-up appointment was scheduled without first asking for or obtaining my consent. As a patient, I expect to be informed and given the opportunity to decide whether further visits are necessary.
