That is not the first time that the receptionist is rude and not very nice, but today she was very rude rolling eyes which made me feel really bad. She said that I had not made an appointment for my daughter and at the end I found out she had booked on the wrong date.
I've seen different doctors at this Practice, book online or call with no problems, all very professional and helpful. The practice bulk bills and has a blood collection service.
Receptionist was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable from the start due to me not having my paper work even though my tests were paid for the week previous! I’m More than certain they have a client file online. I then continued to watch her be rude to other patients especially over the phone. Her constant huffing behind the counter was uncalled for. I believe her name is ‘Kerry’ ..... late 50s/early 60’s short hair and glasses!!! Bad attitude and eye rolling, very abrupt and abrasive when talking to you.
