Dr.Ng is great ive been going to him since I was a kid.
Receptionist wasn't the greatest. She definitly has some attitude, and is big on shaming people. But Dr Ng's service is fast, and professional. Great spot for low income people.
Called the day before and I went in and got a filling with no freezing and he has a great dental chair bedside manner. Also gave me the x-ray
Dr. Ng is a very talented dentist, his work is amazing! He rebuilt my tooth because I couldn't afford a crown and it's just like new. He has been very good to us and I will be devastated when he retires!
Wow....I didn't get her name but the women who answered the phone call was so abrupt, rude, and very unprofessional. I was treated very poorly, felt belittled, she was extremely rude, and just plain mean! My experience with this clinic due to their receptionist was actually a zero star experience. I can't speak to Dr. Ng's services because I'll never go there due to the treatment of his receptionist.
