Hi had major back surgery in 2011 I never had another problem again dr. Baldwin is a great surgeon
Dr. Baldwin ruined my back in 2016. Fusion of L4, L5, and S1. If I had another chance I would choose another doctor.

Worst communication ever! This office does not care about following up for appointment or referrals. Paige is one of the absolute worst! I've been there 4 times seen the PA 2 of those seen Dr Baldwin 2 times and had 2 MRIs within 4 months and only by going in could I get the referral to a pain management Doctor.. If I hadn't had so much pain I would have started over elsewhere.. The PA and Doctor don't agree on my condition and haven't since the first visits...
