Deserves LESS than 1 star! Multiple ER visits for my father, multiple brain surgeries, countless long stint hospital stays as a critical care patient… yet we can’t get a single CORRECT prescription sent in. Awful would be a compliment to describe my experience with this doctor. He has ZERO bedside manners; he never even looked at me while I was telling him my situation. He left three times during the visit, and the third time happened while I was asking him questions, and he never came back! The nurse came in and handed me the prescription for some tests and referrals. After waiting two months for an appt, this guy cancelled the day off the appt. His next appt, or any other neurologist appt with Cleveland Clinic is again, 2 months out. Save your time and book an appt with a more responsible individual
My mom was attended by Dr.Nestor Galvez on March 1, 2024, and she got out with a crooked face. Now she is worried about her health, and don't make me start with how long it took to receive her for the appointment; it took her more than 2 hours to go in and be seen by the doctor. Hopefully, in the future, the service gets better.
