Went in for routine physical exam on 2024. Strictly stated several times that I scheduled for routine only that is covered 100% without deductive or copay to the office and doctor. The nurse who draws blood had an emergency so I went to Corewell lab for routine blood work with papers from the doctor's office. I even confirmed that all items on the list are routine and will not be billed for them as I walked out of the office.
