I could not be any happier with Dr. Rose as I call her. She is very attentive while you are there in the examination room. I don’t mind waiting a few minutes in the waiting room as I understand she is giving the patient she is with the utmost attention like she gives me. She has a good working relationship with specialists and she got me an appointment with a cardiologist as I was driving home. She spoke to him personally he informed me the next day as the appointment was set for the next day. She is a rock star.
I was recommended to see Dr Kurtom and my experience was not good. "I felt like I was just a patient with a prescription, not a person. All I heard was 'meds, meds, meds'. They did my blood work and I never got the results or a callback until I made a none related visit to her office. I said to myself, 'Let's try again'. Same experience, no changes. No one even examined me, or listen to my concern - I could've told them I was dying and they might've just said, 'Sorry to hear that, here's some more meds'. It seems like this i... read more
I wish there was a one Zero star rating that I could give this office. They prescribed medication that had a drug to drug interaction. I received a call from a specialist notifying me of the discrepancy and when I contacted their office to notify them of the issue I spoke with Melanie who was very rude and then I requested to speak with the office manager who was Maria and she was also extremely rude and unsupportive and just not someone that you would expect to be on a tier of management. Best Doctor I’ve ever had. She cares about her patients and listens to them . She told me my job is to keep you healthy. I had to move to central Florida so I had to get another doctor. I miss that kind of professionalism and care.
