Dr Kurtom herself get s a full 5Star review! She is absoluteky amazing and i Love her. As it pertains to front desk, That is a whole other story. I've been coming to this office for years. In the beginning, I did not have issues as it pertains to getting someone on the phone or getting appts. Over the past year or so, she has a new front desk team and I couldn't get an appt if my life depended on it. I cannot understand how this doctor has all these 5 star reviews?!! My visit was AWFUL. The front desk staff have terrible attitudes and the doctor literally came in and sat at the other end of the room, talked for 5 minutes about what I was there for, gave no solutions or opinions. She left, a nurse came in and took my blood and told me to leave a urine sample and that i could go.
