New patient. New to California due to military move. I needed a referral for a mammogram due to my mother having breast cancer before the age of 40. The people that answer the phone are rude. The people that check you in are rude. I get the exam room the intern was kind, we went over my medication, my concerns and decided to set myself up as a new patient- i would need a primary care doctor eventually. Professional and outstanding service Takes care of all aspects of your health
I was on-time for my appointment. Had a long wait in waiting area,then long wait in exam room. Then a intern came in and did everything then another wait the Dr came in but really did Nothing at all so my insurance is paying for me to see a student. I go to the Dr to be examined by my Dr NOT a student. I have several chronic problems. It was a waist of my time. This was not good at all.
