Love this place already my nurse was amazing and Dr. Gill really nice and amazing doctor. I’m new to kaiser and I felt like I have been here for years. The staff are quick and professional. I would recommend kaiser to anyone.
Had a appointment at 850am get there on time family medicine 3rd floor only has 1 reception worker. When we got there lindsey was working with a women that had her appointment double booked amd wasnt going to see her for another 5 hours instead of the time she had. After awhile of fixing the problem ending up with the time going by making me late for my appointment after waiting 40mins i asked when i will be seen and she told me that i wasnt going to be seen until their was another late person.
