She’s been my pcp for over ten years and for my mom as well. Dr Cohen is caring and knowledgeable as well as helpful Update as of December 31, 2025: The customer service here (front desk) has plummeted. They refuse to answer the phone at times and will have you on hold for over 20 minutes. I've actually been on hold for half an hour. I am in desperate need of a refill on my asthma pump so at this point, they're playing with people's livelihoods and I don't appreciate it. Dr Nelly is great, but the front staff is horrendous. Rude, loud and attitude. Will definitely have to find another PCD

I had a great experience with Dr. Yunov himself. He was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. However, the office organization needs serious improvement. I’ve been dealing with a billing issue for over a year now because the visit was coded incorrectly, and I’ve had to follow up multiple times to try to resolve it. It’s frustrating that something so simple hasn’t been fixed, and I’m still getting notices about an unpaid bill that should have been covered. I really hope the office improves its com... read more
