This guy is always an hour or so behind on his appointments. You make an appointment - you show up - they tell you he is running on time when he is running 90 minutes behind. He does this all the time. He doesn't think people are important enough to be even close to the time of the appointment. He is just about the worst.
I started going to Dr Destani a few years ago. He's been professional yet friendly and cordial, spends ample time with me during appointments, and explains medical terms in simple to understand language. I'm so happy I found him after my move to this neighborhood.
I've built a 30+ year rapport with Dr. Destani. From his bedside manner to his knowledge, my only regret is that what do I do when he retires?
On my first visit to this clinic, Primary Care Associates Berwyn, Dr. Destani was a no show 45 minutes past the appointment time with no word from staff. I consulted the front desk who informed me that he would likely be available in 20 minutes. I cancelled the appointment and left.
If I could leave a negative star I would. Saw Doctor 3 weeks ago and still no answer or even a phone call after call office numerous times. Completely unprofessional. I will be switching Dr. because of his work ethic.
He is smart. He listens and is a wonderful doctor.
Dr. Destani has been my primary physician for many years. He’s compassionate, caring and very thorough. He always takes time to answer my questions and concerns.
