Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with this PCP office. #1, in the years Neill Ramos was my PCP, I think I met him once. Every visit seemed like I was meeting a new resident who never knew was I was there. After the resident met with me, they would be joined by a MD who would often times, not agree with the resident regarding my treatment plan. This is the worst medical practice I’ve ever experienced. From the front desk to the providers they range from not caring to incompetence. It’s hard to pick a few things that need improvement since they don’t do anything well. Frankly, they don’t care if you sign up to be a patient or not. Do yourself a favor and avoid this practice at all costs. As a physician I try to give the benefit to the medical team. However, over the past year they have worked hard to drive me away. It's unfortunate that I need to leave a poor review. I had high hopes for this practice as it's in the same building as all my other specialist doctors. I'm having health issues and some severe blocked arteries. Saw Ramos once where he ordered blood work. When it came time for a follow up to explain those results, his office called me the day before the appointment and said they needed to reschedule. They rescheduled me 6 weeks away. This is the worst medical practice I’ve ever experienced. They’re disorganized and forget to call in refills. Twice I went in to see my doctor with an appointment and he wasn’t available. They use trainees instead of the doctor you sign up for. Do not use this practice. They are horrible.
Great doctor's great care never have any issues.
