This is the worst medical practice I’ve ever experienced. They’re disorganized and forget to call in refills. Twice I went in to see my doctor with an appointment and he wasn’t available. They use trainees instead of the doctor you sign up for. Do not use this practice. They are horrible.

I’d give zero stars if it’d let me. This place is absolutely horrible. I’ve been there 3 times and have waited 3+ hours every single time even though my appointment has always been the first one. Dr Ramos, and the entire office, is a complete joke. DO NOT GO THERE!
I’ve Been coming here for years and honestly the service is horrible. The ladies at the front desk all they do is talk they take forever to give you the paperwork. They don’t even answer the phones it takes forever to get a hold of them as well.
