Saw Dr Neil Smith for ongoing kidney stone pain after being referred by Dr Phillips Myers. He spoke down to me like I was wasting his time, barely listened, and dismissed my concerns. His follow up advice was literally to sit tight and come back at the start of next year meanwhile I’m in pain now. He spent 5 minutes with me. Commented that I was too young to be there. He didn’t take me seriously or offer a follow up. I actually had a chronic nerve compression that requires surgery. Would not recommend.
This is the second time Dr Neil Smith has helped my uncle Matteo Fioramonte with prostate/urinary issues, and we could not be more thankful. In 2020 my uncle had two knee replacements in the same operation and after the surgery he could not urinate for several hours, with emergency doctors called in to insert a catheter, however, there were issues with the insert.
