A good experience from start to finish. The assistant Bill so eagerly to serve you so professionally. Doctor Neal Schneider gets five stars. A solid team.
Beware This doctor may seem nice but he is inept. He misdiagnosed an infection in my toes following and operation and negligently missed it. I ended up losing half of my foot because of him and his inability to recognize an infection. He didn't order tests of any sort and cost me majority of my left foot and much pain and suffering. I hope you can live with what you allowed to happen to me, I know I have to live with it, I trusted you and you failed me.
Had my first appointment today, office was low staffed today and they dealt with it very efficiently . Professional, kind staff. I’d highly recommend.
