It took me a long time to find the courage to write this review. I used to take my children to see Dr. Rowe and had a lot of respect for him. Until one year, he told me that he didn’t want to see my son anymore after his eyes were already dilated at his practice. Because in his notes from the last checkup ONE YEAR ago, it said that my son did not cooperate to dilate his eyes. He was 8 years old. I took my daughter to see Dr. Neil Rowe for an eye check-up, as I was concerned she might have a lazy eye. He was incredibly kind and understanding, taking the time to listen to my concerns and performing the necessary tests. His calm and gentle approach made my daughter feel at ease, and she wasn’t afraid of him at all. Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant experience.
My boy has seen Doctor Rowe since he was 2 months old until he was 6 years old. I believe I am on the same team with him, and I have done well with him. But recently, he told me to go to another doctor because my child is not able to do the retinal examination because he is moving. It was just two movements. It was a very cruel word that I heard for an hour.
Such good doctors. Good communication. Definitely recommend
