Dr. Neil Nigro attended to my wife after a bad fall in Stowe, VT. Luckily for us he was the attending physician at the ER at Copley Hospital and took wonderful care of her. She suffered a bad concussion and had a bad gash on the back of her head. He was compassionate and professional and had us on our way home as soon as she was lucid and the wound sewn up. CAT scans we done and thankfully were clear.
