poor secretary service; explanation is extremely busy.
Dr Shapera and the staff are a dream team. Everything runs smoothly and everybody is pleasant and caring. I have no words to express admiration for Dr Shapera's work. Today, my kids have perfect smiles which didn't seem possible when we first started out :-)
I am very happy with my results of the Invisalign programme, that Dr. Shapera completed for me. His staff are all friendly and efficient. Highly recommend them to anyone!!
