If I could give zero stars, I would. While a few of the nurses and doctors seemed compassionate, my overall experience with this office was extremely frustrating. The administrative staff was unhelpful and often rude, and phone communication was a nightmare. For nearly two months, I called every other day trying to get essential paperwork completed for a life-saving medication, without success.
