Dr. Neil Gross and his team are truly the BEST! He goes out of his way to see you in time of need, even if it is a same-day appt. He has such an elevated level of care and compassion for patients in his office.
The place they recommended me to to get my glasses closed down and it’s been two years. I’ve been trying to know the glasses or the frame size at least and it’s always a I’m going to call you back. I would rather go to another place with clear communication and also a place that actually helps you. All I’ve had this is a bad experience and attitude from the receptionist.
Very nice staff the doctor was very nice and patient with me I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
I had a piece of torn contact lens that had shifted up further into my eye. Dr. Gross met me at his office, after hours on a weekend, and removed it. Such a kind and extremely good doctor. Above and beyond with his care.
