Dr. Gaffin's expertise proved invaluable when he successfully treated a rare infection that had been misdiagnosed by a top infectious disease specialist at Mount Sinai. His professionalism and thorough approach not only corrected the course of treatment but also restored my health. I am profoundly grateful to Dr. Gaffin for his exceptional care and competence in resolving this challenging medical issue.
This is my personal experience. In June 2022 i was admitted to the Ridgewood hospital for severe fever. There was discoloration in my leg, the Dr. ordered me to stop the anti biotic although there was discoloration in my leg and i had 103 F fever, i did not recover, my situation got worse, I used the suggestion of my medical friends instead and kept using Cefixime until I completely recovered. I hope you have a better experience but I do not recommend at all. Unfortunately it does not have negative stars!
Dr. Gaffin practically saved my life postpartum as I developed a severe infectious disease and on top of that, he was so attentive, candid and caring during our follow ups well after I left the hospital where I was under his care. He was honest and open with me about what medicine knows and what medicine doesn’t know regarding my illness. He became a trusted advisor on my health as a result. He was also very cordial and human in every sense of the word. I highly recommend him.
Excellent doctor, assisted my mother with her swollen hand. He even called back 2 times in the following days to check up on her.
Office is rude and girl at front desk is lazy spending her time on social media using her personal phone not caring about the patient themselves. Don’t work in medical if you can’t deal people. People are seeking help for reasons learn to deal with people and listen instead of send someone out on street. Neil is useless and weak not an advocate for his Patients. How can you trust a doctor when he doesn’t even show compassion. My advice don’t trust this doctor with your health he’s in it for his own money and personal gain..
