I went to his office because of the high rating. I had leg pain among other symptoms, he didn't even explored me, only talked from his seat and when he ordered an Eco after me insisting in not to get pain killers but to check my leg, he wrote the note for the opposite leg... Definitely not recommending
The Dr himself is nice and the appointment went well. Where it went downhill is when they received my ultrasound results, which were ordered by Dr Furman. I had to call them to request an update on if they received it. The secretary told me that she will check and put me on hold. 5 Minutes after, all she had to say was "the doctor recommends you go see a specialist". Amazing experience! Seen on time. Doctor Furman was super knowledgeable, great bed side manner, funny, honest and heard all my concerns. Office staff was so friendly and helpful!
I had an excellent experience with this doctor. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. I was attended to right away and didn’t have to wait at all, which was fantastic. Everyone there clearly knows exactly what they’re doing, and the doctor himself is extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. He really makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Overall, it was a wonderful visit.
