He was very professional ,he listened to my concerns I appreciate that in a doctor.
This was my first visit. Dr Ybanez was very thorough in sharing charts of my history health records. He explained what is needed to be monitored at this time and his methods of communication with my other health physicians. I left with confidence that I would be receiving good medical care.
Dr Ybanez is very thoughtful about your needs , he also takes his time and explains everything so you understand it. He’s great
I always come into the office with a barrage of questions for Dr. Ybanez. He listens to my concerns and patiently answers my questions, often about kidney care, my schedule for taking meds or questions about my lab results. I appreciate his time and patience.
