Dr Sherman is a wonderful Dr. and I would recommend him to anyone. Very caring and his assistant is wonderful too. But his staff and billing employees are horrible and need to be replaced. Nasty, won't help. Don't care. Say they have referrals but don't and then bill you later after 3 visits. Won't help. Never call back. Very unprofessional... Asked for her name 15 times, wouldn't give it to me. I see I'm not the only one with issues. Dr. Sherman, you want to keep patients, change your staff.
Dr, Neil Sherman is great and staff is amazing!
I highly recommend Dr Sherman for anyone looking for a urologist, he has a great bedside manner and explains all procedures thoroughly.
Dr. Sherman is amazing, but the Edison office is horrible, try calling and let me know how that works out for you. I had surgery needed a letter I called 5x no response is had to get out my bed while on medical leave to go and get what I needed. You walk in the guy at front desk is on computer looking at sneakers while there is a line of patients waiting to be seen. I left numerous messages for office manager she is worse, no response. I’ve gotten more messages and call backs from Dr Sherman and his staff than any other doctor by far!! usually no one contacts you or they really don’t reach out to help.. I will never go to any other urologist except Dr Sherman.. Thank You Patricia S
