We had very pathetic experience today at Dr Neha Shah's office. My wife had fever and pain so we went to see Dr. One of her associate asked for annual checkup/,we said we have done with other Dr 3 months before. Unfortunately we don't have copy of it and we can get later. She refused to see and check without annual check up being done with them or provide copy of annual check up.
