Hi Very bad experience with dr Neha shah my father in law went her clinic for therapy prescription then receptionist said seat 5 minutes dr will give you after 45 minutes my father in law was seated there they didn’t answer and finally my father in law came to home then they called clinic they said take appointments for tomorrow so same thing they can said in the clinic with politely like for the prescription you need appointment so he shouldn’t wait 45 minutes there so they bother older age people if ratings was 0 definitel... read more
If I could give lower score I would. This was the worst Dr. I’ve ever met. DONT GO HERE!! The wait times are ridiculous. The staff and Dr.Shah are extremely rude. Dr. Shah literally agreed on doing an unnecessary procedure on me then was beyond rude. She was also on phone looking for jobs instead of talking to me about what I should expect or not. It was the weirdest thing I’ve encountered. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Find someone else. No empathy for clients here. Seriously the worst
Dr. Shah gives me the attention that is needed. Always on point with my ailments specially on 2 occasions, by sending me directly to Hospital, for life savings measures. Highly recommend!!!
Such a horrendous, poorly ran practice. Rose, the "office supervisor" is not such a rose. She lacks the competence to manage a simple conversation, let alone an entire office. Her interpersonal skills are non-existent. Rose advised me, in a very poor manner, that my fathers medication will not be filled, although his blood work and last visit were both less than 3 months ago. Not only was I hung up on three times by Rose but was also questioned about personal information irrelevant to my fathers care. My father still require... read more
