I always face the same issue: there is no proper time management. If you have a 1 o’clock appointment, they always attend after 30 minutes. I don’t understand the point of scheduling a 1 o’clock appointment. Additionally, the front desk staff is very rude.

Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor has not been positive. I found that her clinical assessment seemed based on limited information, leading to premature conclusions that did not fully consider the complexity of the patient's condition. This approach has had a noticeable impact on the quality of care. In my view, a more thorough and evidence-based approach would be beneficial to ensure accurate diagnoses and appropriate treatment decisions.

Die Ärztin ist nett, aber es bringt mir nichts, wenn Sie meine Wünsche nicht eingeht und nur minimale Kontrolle macht, obwohl ich ihr meine allgemeine Kontrolle erwähnt habe was ich brauche. Für 350 Dollar ist das zu wenig Leistung und Sie kontrollieren auch nicht bis es bezahlt wird. Sie hat mich als Ärztin nicht so überzeugt. Die blonde Arzthelferin ist sehr unfreundlich und die können noch nicht mal einen Namen richtig schreiben. Ich würde nicht mehr dorthin gehen

Every time I call, the front desk is so incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have never had a good experience here.
