I quite won the dentist lottery. Dr. Neda is best dentist I have seen since moving to Canada 7 years ago. I and my your young family have been on the hunt and I'm so happy to have found a caring, reliable, honest and skilled dentist. In previous experiences, I always felt like rushed. With Dr. Neda, I feel understood and my appointments are never rushed. Concerns are addressed. My kids have fun coming with me to see Neda. It's a friendly place to address your dental concerns. Best Place Ever!!
What an amazing experience! When I went in to see Dr. Neda Rafati and her assistant Kaltrina, they did a thorough examination, educated me on what needed to be done and empowered me to make an informed decision on what my treatment should be. Neda did great work, replacing my old fillings (didn't feel any pain) and also restored my teeth as I tend to grind them while I sleep. Dr Neda is an incredible dentist! She is really professional but extremely warm as a person. She is very conscious of my comfort, makes sure I know what's going on, and checks in regularly to see how I'm feeling throughout the proceeding. I'm a student and she is aware of that and makes sure to explain financial costs of different options. Would highly recommend going to Arbutus North! I used to dread going to the dentist but she's so great I never mind it anymore :)
