The dental work received, dentists and dental assistants were all wonderful. However, I was charged more than double for a co-pay and my insurance company says this office owes me a refund for the overpayment. Despite phone calls and emails, the office has ignored my request. I had to file a formal greivance through my insurance to escalate the issue. Two stars because there is active avoidance on the part of the office staff (I've called multiple times and the receptionist is dismissive and says the issue will be addressed)... read more
The service here is absolutely amazing. The most amazing part was Jazmine and Yana. They were so nice and welcoming to me and were so helpful and took the time to answer all my little questions.
As mentioned, I had an easy day! Staff were very friendly and helpful to the best of their ability. The lady at the front answered all my complicated questions. Thank you
