There is NOTHING customer centered about this office. Brought both my children here for almost 5 years. It went from being fine and decent to noticing a high turnover rate with the dentists. Last year after being asked at check in if I wanted Fluoride for my children and confirming NO, they dentist did it without my consent. They apologized and I asked for a call from the office manager to discuss my concerns about performing treatments without my consent and never received a call. Will not be returning to this office due to a couple of reasons. The first visit was for a simple cleaning. I was called up and they did x- rays ect… after that I waited in the room for almost a hour without anyone checking up and explaining the reason why it was taking so long maybe I would have understood. It took so long I almost walked out as I had other things to do that day. Finally someone walked in and acknowledge the long wait. I had my first appointment with Dr. Peter Tafesh today, and it was an excellent experience from check in to check out. The office is equipped with state of the art technology, the staff is knowledgeable, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly professional. Thank you for making my visit completely stress free.
Personal advice - find another dentist office in the area. These guys are dishonest, and use every opportunity to overcharge and recommend services that are not needed. Using wrong codes for same procedures for 2x to 3x the cost is not the way to do business.
Absolute scam. They will promise you that your insurance covers everything, show you a bill with a low price, and then after you get the procedure when the insurance denies it all as medically unnecessary suddenly you get a bunch of extra bills. I went in for a routine checkup with no cavities and no issues and they charged me for $300 of cleanings even after I said no to several of the more questionable procedures they wanted.
