I went in for perimenopause symptoms and was told that there are really "only 2 major moments in a women's reproductive life. This office is extremely difficult to get ahold of and communicate with in general. Several messages have been left regarding appointments, and I have been calling a couple times a day to get ahold of someone. Neither options have worked. If I could leave no stars I would.
Dr Mckercher is absolutely incredible. Very easy to talk to, calm and relaxed on top of being incredibly knowledgeable. When I was not able to get in with my OB from my first child, I was referred to her for my second and I am so glad she was available. Well worth the drive from Langley to Abby, she was very attentive to my needs and really made me feel at ease. Getting in contact with this clinic is almost impossible. After 5 weeks of trying to contact them for an ultrasound follow up appointment and leaving a couple of voicemails, my family doctors office had to get involved twice to receive answers on my behalf. I finally managed to speak to someone immediately after my family doctors receptionist spoke to them; but they were unable to listen or understand that I needed an appointment for an ultrasound follow up. Dr Shone is amazing. Not only is he an excellent OBGYN, but he is a genuinely nice and caring person. He helped me through a late term loss, and was very supportive through my next pregnancy. His MOAs are also great!!
