My husband was in for surgery on Dec 11th 2017. Upon the arrival of Dr. Saxe, the anesthesiologist whom we had not met, my husband and I attempted to explain some concerns due to a previous (bad) anesthesia experience. To put it mildly, his response was dismissive, defensive and cocky. Not feeling heard or understood was not a great way to begin a surgery experience. We were both highly disappointed and would not recommend him. Zero stars if it would allow.
