My Life! Dr. Neil Applestein and his assistant Caitlin were absolutely outstanding. In my 57 years on this Earth, I can honestly say this was the best dental experience I have ever had. Very unprofessional, I was booked for an appointment in March because the admin assistant thoughtI was paying out of pocket when they discovered I was using my NJ Family care my appointment was rescheduled to May - just unbelievable!! The only reason why I have family care is because I am a widow trying to figure out things!! It’s a sad world that people have come to this!! All ran on Greed!! Makes me sick!! This doctor is one of them and the girl I spoke to on the phone was very nasty!!
This office is so unprofessional and realistic. How do you really expect a person to keep a throbbing toothache from September to January! No sort of empathy, compassion or concern for others and realistic matters!
