Very unprofessional, I was booked for an appointment in March because the admin assistant thoughtI was paying out of pocket when they discovered I was using my NJ Family care my appointment was rescheduled to May - just unbelievable!! The only reason why I have family care is because I am a widow trying to figure out things!! It’s a sad world that people have come to this!! All ran on Greed!! Makes me sick!! This doctor is one of them and the girl I spoke to on the phone was very nasty!!
This office is so unprofessional and realistic. How do you really expect a person to keep a throbbing toothache from September to January! No sort of empathy, compassion or concern for others and realistic matters!
This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever seen. If I could seen this review without the one star and give a negative I would. I drove all the way to this office a hour away for them to take X-rays and reschedule me and my referring doctor already provided X-rays. I was given a date to come back they called me two days before and asked me to come in earlier on that day I was unable to so I had to keep my 11:30 appointment I am assuming because it was a Friday somebody want to get off early so they call me a da... read more
