Dr. Carlin was fine, but the office was a disaster. They could not manage to send me instructions for my colonoscopy. I had to beg them for the instructions-mistyped gmail, sent a corrupted file, did not get them until 24 hours before the procedure, and they were the wrong ones, and one of the preps should have happened the night before. Nightmare.
I called to make an appointment for my mother and the office staff was very rude. I was informed to have the referral uploaded to the portal and did I called her provider. I was then put hold for over 15 min to then be told the next available appointment is 3 months out. Glad my mom will not be going here.
Very smart doctor. Listened to us in detail. Explained all the issues in detail as well. One of best gastroenterologists in town. Started on minimal medications and stopped unnecessary medications. Dr Carlin’s treatment helping us a lot. Highly recommended.
