Dr Chen is extremely knowledgeable, humble, approachable and answers questions in an unhurried manner. The surgical team, as I found out before my surgery, is highly complimentary of him. I highly recommend!

Sloppy incorrect documentation, lack of proper evaluation for ongoing hand, wrist issue which led to incorrect diagnosis, went elsewhere and have since received correct diagnosis and treatment. Upon initially receiving correct evaluation and diagnosis I had lost over 50 percent of hand strength in my non dominant hand and lost strength in my dominant hand most likely due to overcompensation. Dr Chen is excellent. He “revised” my artificial elbow ten years ago and was terrific to work with. He’s a world class surgeon. The comments from people who gave him only one star frankly make me worry more about them than the doctor.
Dr. Neal Chen's expertise in hand surgery is second to none. I received high quality medical evaluation and treatment from him and his team including Dr. K. Tuano. He is humble, kind and attentive to his patients. Keep up the excellent job!
