Dr Chen is excellent. He “revised” my artificial elbow ten years ago and was terrific to work with. He’s a world class surgeon. The comments from people who gave him only one star frankly make me worry more about them than the doctor.
Dr. Neal Chen's expertise in hand surgery is second to none. I received high quality medical evaluation and treatment from him and his team including Dr. K. Tuano. He is humble, kind and attentive to his patients. Keep up the excellent job!
I broke my elbow last fall and Dr Chen put it back together and I have full use of my elbow!! He is quite knowledgeable and skilled. Took time to explain the surgery to repair my elbow.
My finger is dislocated and he won't fix it. In my opinion he is not a very good doctor.
His receptionist Alena lied to me, blew me off and treated me so poorly. She made me feel like I wasn’t important at all, saying the doctor was very busy and hard to get into. She was supposed to call me back last Wednesday to schedule a consult and still hasn’t called me back. Extremely disappointing.
