If I could give zero stars, I would. The provider showed little to no concern for my condition and was unable to answer even basic questions about my care. I left the appointment feeling unheard, unsupported, and no more informed than when I arrived. I would not recommend this provider to anyone seeking attentive or knowledgeable medical care.

Dr. Patel has been on this kidney journey with me for YEARS. He is passionate, knowledgeable, and he goes above and beyond for his patients' health. I have no idea what the other reviews are saying. My daughter has been with me on more than one occasion. She is quiet and very well behaved, but I have never been told not to bring her. I visit the Lubbock office.
