This has been mine and my husband’s doctor for over 20 years. She is very thorough and her son is now a doctor and is just like her as well. I would never leave her. There is only one thing that I would say the practice needs to work on and that is the appearance of the office. The future and the exam tables are very old. However the office appears to be clean. Other than that her and her son are top notch doctors and I love them!
The wait time is disrespectful! You schedule a 10a appointment, get seen by the nurse within a half hour and then sit in a room for up to two hours to be seen by a doctor. This is not a one time occurrence. It happens accordingly.
Inconsiderate of patients time. It's 101pm, appointment was at 11. Got here at 1045, still have not been seen. Ummm, I could have gotten a whole BBL in 2 hours... stop trying to double/triple book appointments.
If you’re looking for a provider please look somewhere else. The office will schedule you for a certain time and not see you till 2 hours later. (If that) Horrible customer service. DO NOT COME HERE.
